Legal guidance for G&S investors

Goldberg&Son Real Estate Poland co-operates with several legal practices that can deal with all the legal aspects that can arise during property purchases, sales and lettings. Upon request, Goldberg&Son Real Estate Poland arranges consultations with an independent solicitor's practice specialising in property law. Clients are assisted through all the legal-aspects of a purchase or sale. Once instructed, the solicitor's practice can conduct a detailed investigation, on behalf of the client, into the legal status of the property and can provide a complete report on the condition and construction, listing all technical issues and defects much the same as practice in the UK would. Clients are offered comprehensive assistance in preparation, verification and modification of the following:

  • all indispensable contract documents covering property purchase/sale, including: contracts with contractors, reservation agreements, preliminary agreements, warranties of work etc.
  • other contract documents, such as: short-hold tenancy agreements, leasehold agreements, property management agreements, etc.

All new legislation covering both non-commercial and commercial developments is systematically examined by the group of solicitors used by G&S Real Estate Poland. Such up-to-date knowledge ensures that no crucial regulation is omitted and that the purchase/sale routes are as smooth as they can possibly be.
